M. RUBIN & CO. LLC Initial Filing with NY Secretary of State, without which the LLC is INCAPABLE of Conducting any Business.
This is the DEED, dated May 13th, 1996, selling the building to M. RUBIN & CO. LLC, eight months BEFORE the Initial Filing.
ORDER Granting me permission to Appeal as a Poor Person
The June 22nd, 2010 LEASE naming MORRIS RUBIN as the Landlord; not M. RUBIN & CO. LLC.
The November 22nd, 2012 NOTICE OF EVICTION, listing M. RUBIN & CO. LLC as the Petitioner Landlord.
