          My name is Caprice, and I am the coolest thing since the Peppermint Patty.

       Since May 13, 1996 New York City slumlord Morris Rubin has been taking money from the tenants of the 87 unit multiple dwelling apart-ment building that is located at 3660 Waldo Avenue; Bronx NY 10463 – The MAJESTIC; in violation of the Federal RICO Act, Title 18 USC, Sec. 1962(a): “It shall be unlawful for any person who has received any income derived, directly or indirectly, from a pattern of racketeering activity or through collection of an unlawful debt in which such person has partici-pated as a principal … to use or invest, directly or indirectly, any part of such income, or the proceeds of such income, in acquisition of any interest in, or the establishment or operation of, any enterprise which is engaged in, or the activities of which affect, interstate or foreign commerce.”

          Because Morris Rubin and M. RUBIN & CO. LLC have No LEGAL Standing with regard to 3660 Waldo Avenue, any and all rent which was collected from those tenants was “an unlawful debt” within the meaning of section 1962(a); and since some of that money was deposited in, and ultimately used or invested by Santander Bank, which engages in interstate commerce, this violates the Federal RICO Act.

          I would like to retain the Law Firm of Weil, Gotshal & Manges, LLC of 767 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY  10153, to represent the hundreds of tenants who are affected by this RICO violation, in a Class Action Civil RICO Lawsuit in the Manhattan Federal Court; wherein I have already filed an individual Civil RICO Lawsuit in that Court, on September 25, 2014; Docket Number 14-CV-7915 (USDC-SDNY). In a Class Action Civil RICO Lawsuit ALL of the Money that was paid for rent since May 13, 1996, will have to be returned to the Tenants THREE TIMES WHAT THEY PAID IN RENT, under Title 18 Sec. 1964(c).
